Northern Environmental Consultants LLC's Training Manager failed to comply with notification requirements following completion of renovator courses, pursuant to 40 C.F.R. Section 745.225(c)(14) of TCSA. Respondent entered into an Expedited Settlement Agreement with EPA and agreed to pay a civil penalty of $200. Respondent also certifies that it is now complying with Section 402 of TSCA, and its implementing regulations at 40 C.F.R. Part 745.
