Respondent failed to comply with EPA's request for Information related to compliance with the General Pretreatment Regulations. AO CWA-02-2013-3058 was issued on September 26, 2013 with a schedule for the Respondent to submit an industrial pretreatment program (IPP). AO CWA-02-2014-3049 was issued on July 1, 2014 to incorporate a revised schedule for submission of an IPP. A second amended AO is issued to extend the last two deadlines in the compliance schedule to allow additional time for thorough review of the submission and response.
