On April 1, 2015, Region 10 issued a consent agreement and final order against Superior Inspection Services Inc., in Portland, Oregon, for violations of the Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule (RRP) under TSCA for failure to follow lead-safe work practices, failure to provide the Renovate Right pamphlet, and failure to be properly certified before performing renovation activities on pre-1978 residential properties as required by the RRP. Respondent agreed to pay a $450 penalty.
