On December 10, 2014, Region 10 settled with Bill and Danielle G. McLendon to resolve TSCA violations arising out of their failure to give the required disclosures regarding lead paint hazards when leasing residential properties in the Woodland, Washington area. Respondents agreed to pay a penalty of $1,000.
