Respondent disclosed that they were using PCB Transformers that were not registered with EPA. Respondent immediately registered them. EPA inspection found that Respondent had not marked a PCB storage area, and had not developed annual documents. Respondent rectified both these violations and agreed to pay a penalty of $23,008.
