EPA is issuing an Administrative Consent Order (ACO) addressing violations of the Clean Air Act (CAA) to Behr Iron and Metal (Behr), headquartered in Rockford, Illinois. The ACO requires Behr to come into compliance with CAA regulations for the protection of stratospheric ozone at fifteen scrap metal recycling facilities located in Illinois, Wisconsin and Iowa.
