On December 16, 2014, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to Sections 1414(g) and 1445 of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) to Mr. Steve Sederwall, doing business as Pinon Hills RV Park (Respondent) for violations at his water system, located in Captain, NM. The AO was issued in response to monitoring and reporting violations for nitrates and total coliform bacteria spanning multiple years. The AO requires Respondent to begin monitoring. Respondent must respond to EPA Region 6 within 15 days of the issuance date of the AO.
