On September 17, 2015, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order resolving Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) violations at A-1 Petroleum and Propane, Inc. in Ellensburg, Washington, documented during an inspection on March 25, 2013. The violations included failure to prepare and implement an adequate SPCC plan for the facility, as well as failure to provide appropriate secondary containment. The company agreed to pay a penalty of $40,000.
