This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between U.S. EPA and SNS Biosystems, Inc.for alleged violations under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act. Respondent, SNS Biosystems, Inc., agrees to a penalty of $880 to settle this action.
