On February 20, 2015, Region 10 filed an expedited settlement agreement, which concluded an administrative action against Production Plating Inc. to address Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) violations at its facility in Mukilteo, Washington. The violations involved failure to properly manage containers of hazardous waste, failure to follow manifesting requirements for shipments of hazardous waste, and failure to inspect hazardous waste storage areas weekly. Under the terms of the agreement, Production Plating Inc. certified that it has corrected the RCRA violations and agreed to pay a $4,000 penalty.
