EPA Region 8 and Newfield Production Company have entered into an administrative order on consent to address Clean Water Act section 404 violations in Utah?s Central Basin. The unauthorized discharges of dredged and fill material are associated with natural gas production sites and have impacted approximately 17.5 acres of wetlands and stream channel.
