On February 12, 2015, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order against Waupaca Northwoods, LLC in Parker, Washington, to resolve violations of the Federal Air Rules for Indian Reservations (FARR) under the CAA. Respondent, which operates a bulk materials packaging and distribution company on the Yakama Indian Reservation, failed to renew its annual FARR registration. The company agreed to pay a $304 penalty.
