On January 7, 2015, EPA Region 6 issued an Expedited Setllement Agreement (ESA) under its authority pursuant to the Clean Air Act to Odfjell Terminals Inc.(Odfjell). The ESA was issued in response to violations of Section 112(r)(7) of the Clean Air Act and 40 CFR Part 68-Chemical Accident Prevention Provisions. The ESA requires Odfjell to pay an assessed penalty of $13,400 within 45 days of receipt of the ESA.
