The facility was inspected on July 29, 2014 for compliance with the Risk Management Program regulations and the General Duty Clause. During the inspection a failure of the facility to inspect process equipment in accordance with 40 C.F.R. 68.73 was noted. An Expedited Penalty Action and Consent Agreement was issued to the company for the violation in the amount of $900.00.
