This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between U.S. EPA and Antioch Building Materials, Co (Respondent) for alleged violations under the Clean Water Act Oil Pollution Prevention regulations. The respondent has certified correction of the violations and paid a penalty of $2,775.00 to settle this action.
