Specifically, Mall Properties did not keep records of lead-based Paint disclosure for three years as required. An Expedited Settlement was offered for three violations of the Disclosure Rule. The company will come into compliance and pay a penalty. During the course of this investigation, the company changed its name to Olshan Properties, Inc.
