Respondent is a permitted residential construction site in New Windsor, NY. An EPA CEI was conducted November 15, 2010 and identified noncompliance items and areas of concern at the site. Permit violations include failure to implement and maintain erosion and sediment controls; maintain the current SWPPP and all copies of inspection reports on site; and failure to address deficiencies identified during site inspection within a reasonable timeframe. An Administrative Order is being issued to order the facility to comply with Permit conditions.
