On Feburary 27, 2015, Region 10 issued a Stop Sale, Use, or Removal Order to Dow AgroSciences, LLC of Indianapolis, Indiana for violations of FIFRA. EPA determined that Dow's imported pesticide Glyphosate Technical XG Herbicide (EPA Reg. No. 62719-564) is adulturated and cannot be legally be sold and distributed.
