On January 21, 2015, a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) was issued to Pinnacle Oilfield Services, Inc. (Pinnacle) of Broussard, Louisiana to resolve RCRA violations discovered during the review of data from Pinnacle?s hazardous waste activities.
