The facility was in violation of UST leak detection requirements by failing to maintain continuous monitoring of its leak detection system by a qualified person, failing to maintain records documenting compliance with release detection requirements and failing to demonstrate financial responsibility. A field citatin was issued requiring the owner/operator to correct the violations in accordance with state and federal leak detection regulations.
