Santa Fe County Public Works, Respondent, owned or operated the Herrada Road improvement project located in Eldorado, Santa Fe County, New Mexico. Administrative Order issued for violation of the Clean Water Act idenfied during an 10/15/2014 inspection conducted by NMED on behalf of EPA. The violation alleged include: Failure to implement a SWPPP with satisfactory contents tailored specifically for the site located at Herrada Road, Eldorado, New Mexico; and b) failure to ensure that all erosion and sediment control measures remained in effective operating condition.
