This is an Order for Removal, Mitigation or Prevention of a Substantial Threat of Oil Discharge under the Clean Water Act Section 311, Oil Pollution Prevention Act, for Aircraft Service International, Inc and Hawaii Fueling Facilities Corp. (respondents). The Order requires the respondents to immediately conduct response actions in connection with the discharge of oil from the facility at 9 San Island Parkway in Honolulu, Hawaii, that may impact Ke'ehi Lagoon and Honolulu Harbor, which are hydrologically connected to Mamala Bay and the Pacific Ocean.
