An Administrative Order was issued to the City with a compliance schedule to develop and submit an industrial pretreatment program (IPP). Amended Order is being issued to extend the last two deadlines of the compliance schedule to allow additional time for thorough review of the submission and response. The new schedule was agreed upon by the City and EPA.
