This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and J.C.'s Grease Buyers (respondent) for alleged violations of the Clean Water Act Oil Pollution Prevention (SPCC) regulations. To settle this matter, the Respondent paid a penalty of $2,400 and certified correction of the violations.
