On a number of occasions from June 29, 2011 through October 12, 2011, Repondent's training manager failed to comply with notification requirements pursuant to 40 C.F.R. Section 745.225(c). EPA and Respondent entered into an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order pursuant to Section 16 of TSCA.
