On June 27, 2014, EPA sent the City a request for information regarding the City's compliancw with SPCC regulations at its facillities at three of the City's facilities.
1) Department of Public Works, 10 O'Neill Street, South Porltand, ME 04106 (No SPCC Pland and inadequate secondary containment. Penalty assessed $4,200. (CWA-01-2015-0016)
2) School Bus Maintenance Facility, 1142 Highland Avenue, Soth Portland, ME 04106 (No SPCC Plan and inadequate secondary containment. Penalty assessed $4,300 (CWA -01-2015-0017)
3) Wastewater Pump Station 111 Waterman Drive, South Portland, ME 01406-2834 No SPCC Plan. Penalty assessed $2,100. (CWA-01-2015-0018) .
