This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between U.S. EPA and West Coast Wood Preserving LLC (Respondent) for alleged violations of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) regulations for generators of hazardous wastes. Respondent agrees to a $30,000 civil penalty and to implement measures to properly dispose and prevent the release of hazardous wastes.
