On April 22, 2015, Region 10 filed an expedited settlement agreement which both initiated and concluded an administrative action against the Clearwater Paper Corporation facility in Lewiston, Idaho, for failure to comply with several risk management program requirements that apply to its use of chlorine and chlorine dioxide. The company agreed to pay a $6,300 penalty.
