Tri Delta Iron & Metal, Respondent, owned or operated a facility loceaded in Fruitland, San Juan County, New Mexico. Administrative Order issued for violation of the Clean Water Act which were identified during a October 27, 1014 inspection conducted by NMED on behalf of EPA. The violations alleded include: 1) Failure to develop and implement a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan; and b) Failure to obtain coverage under the EPA Multi-Sector General Permit for Storm Water Discharges Associated with Industrial Activities.
