On April 20, 2015, Region 10 issued an Administrative Order on Consent (Consent Order) with A2Z Enterprises, LLC to resolve Clean Water Act violations in Port Angeles, Washington. A2Z Enterprises violated the CWA Section 404 by discharging an unspecified quantity of dredged and/or fill material into approximately 1.31 acres of wetlands for the construction of a speedboat racetrack and a road near the track without a Department of the Army CWA Section 404 permit. The Consent Order requires A2Z Enterprises to submit to EPA for review and approval a Fill Removal Work Plan. A2Z Enterprises is required to implement the EPA-approved Plan and complete specific tasks by September 30, 2015.
