On July 15, 2015, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order with A2Z Enterprises, LLC to resolve Clean Water Act violations in Port Angeles, Washington. A2Z Enterprises violated the CWA Section 404 by discharging an unspecified quantity of dredged and/or fill material into approximately 1.31 acres of wetlands for the construction of a speedboat racetrack and a road near the track without a Department of the Army CWA Section 404 permit. A2Z Enterprises, LLC agreed to pay a penalty of $14,000.
