This is an Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) between US EPA and Colorado River Sewage System Joint Venture (Respondent) for alleged violation of the Clean Water Act National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System requirements for waste water treatment plants. In this AOC, Respondent agrees to undertake specified measures to cease discharges of pollutants in excess of the effluent limitations in the 2009 Permit and to prevent future violations.
