## Summary

The inspection was conducted on August 8, 2013 at the New Town High School Addition (the site) to determine Comstock Construction, Inc.'s compliance with the Federal stormwater general permit requirements. The inspection was unannounced. The site encompassed 1.25 acres with approximately 1.25 acres disturbed during the inspection. The project consisted of demolishing an old area of the school, grading the area and adding a new gymnasium to the New Town High School. There was track-out in the street from vehicles exiting the construction site at two access points along W. Central Ave. Sediment from vehicle track-out was observed on 3rd Street along the gutter. The stormwater flows to the inlet on 3rd Street N. This inlet did not have stormwater best management practices (BMPs). According to the City of New Town staff, the stormwater inlet discharges to the City of New Town?s municipal separate stormwater sewer system (MS4), which discharges to Lake Sakakawea.
