This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Kandi USA, Inc (Kandi) for alleged violations of the Clean Air Act regulations and standards for the import of non-road engines. Kandi was assessed and paid a civil penalty of $9,400 to resolve the matter.
