This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Nan Fang Distribution Group, Inc (Nan Fang) for alleged violations of the Clean Air Act regulations and standards for the import of off-road engines. Nan Fang was assessed and paid a civil penalty of $17,500 to settle the matter.
