This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between U.S. EPA and So. Cal Pumping (respondent) for alleged violations under the Clean Water Act Oil Pollution Prevention regulations. Respondent certified that the facility is now in compliance with the cited violation and paid a penalty of $1,900.00 to settle this action.
