The respondent conducted land clearing, pond and wetland dredging, and residential land development which resulted in the discharge of dredged and fill material in to waters of the U.S. (Little Goose Creek, Girdle Ditch and abutting wetlands). Impacts from these activities include 1.7 acres of wetlands, 546 square feet of Girdle Ditch and 300 square feet of Little Goose Creek.
