An Administrative Order (Order) was issued to A-1 Investments, which owns and/or operates the Bald Mountain Trailer Court Park Public Water System located in Johnson County, WY, directing it to comply with the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations. The violations alleged in the Order include: exceeding the maximum contaminant level for total coliform bacteria, failing to monitor for total coliform bacteria, failing to issue a timely Consumer Confidence Report, and failing to report certain violations to the EPA. Please note: This Order replaced an Order erroneously issued to Scott and Suzie Gruntmeir, the prior owners of the property in question, on September 22, 2014 under Docket No. SDWA-08-2014-0044.
