## Summary

. On March 12, 2015, an Emergency Administrative Order (EAO) has been issued to the Agnes Leggins Public Water System (System) for a loss of pressure. The System is a tribally owned and operated water system located within the exterior boundary of the Fort Belknap Reservation in Montana. The System is a community water system serving approximately 100 persons per day year-round. One of the two wells supplying chlorinated groundwater to the System failed and is in the process of being replaced. The System is working to temporarily provide supplemental water through a combined distribution with the neighboring Lodgepole Housing Public Water System. The System has issued a boil advisory and is providing an alternative source of water to its consumers. Once the valve for the combined distribution system has been open and Lodgepole Housing is supplementing the water at Agnes Leggins, the System will flush and disinfect the distribution system, collect daily total coliform and chlorine residual samples, and provide daily reports to the EPA until notified otherwise by the EPA.
