On March 23, 2015, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order resolving violations of the CWA by R. Bajema Farms, Inc. of Lynden, Washington. Respondent, which operates an unpermitted medium concentrated animal feeding operation, violated provisions of the CWA during an inspection on February 21, 2013. The company agreed to pay a $7,500 penalty.
