On Wednesday, May 27, 2015, Region 10 filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order (ESA) with SRPH Gasoline, Inc., the owner and operator of underground storage tanks (USTs) at SRPH Neighbors Conoco in Richland, Washington. The ESA requires SRPH Gasoline, Inc., to pay a $5,100 penalty for failure to provide release detection for USTs.
