On April 23, 2015, Region 10 settled with Two Rivers Terminals, LLC for violations of Section 312 of EPCRA at their Washington facilities in Moses Lake, Selph Landing, and Glade Road for failure to file annual hazardous chemical inventory report forms with the state emergency response commission, the local emergency planning committee, and the local fire department by March 1st. The company agreed to pay a penalty of $200,000.
