Import shipment of a mosquito repellent bracelet was deemed by EPA, Region 5 to fail to meet the minimal risk pesticide exemption from pesticide registration. EPA recommeneded US Customs and Border Protection deny entry/refuse delivery of the pesticide shipment and that the shipment be returned to the foreign country of origin.
