On June 17, 2015, Clover Park Technical College entered into a consent agreement with EPA under the RCRA Expedited Settlement Agreement program. They agreed to pay a penalty of $6,000 and to take steps to assure compliance with RCRA requirements for container management for hazardous waste, for RCRA inspection requirements, and for management of used oil.
