This is an Administrative Order on Consent between US EPA and the Torres Martinez Desert Cahuilla Indians (Respondent) for the purpose of bringing the Respondent's Clinic public water system into compliance with the requirements of the federal Safe Drinking Water Act and its National Primary Drinking Water Regulations.
