On May 11, 2015, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) to Markridge Park Subdivision Water System located in Carencro, Louisiana. The AO was issued in response to violations of the Ground Water Rule. The AO requires Markridge Park Subdivision Water System to correct Ground Water Rule violations. Markridge Park Subdivision Water System must respond to EPA Region 6 within 30 days of recieving the AO.
