On May 11, 2015, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) to Belleville Subdivision Water System located in Duson, Louisiana. The AO was issued in response to violations of the Ground Water Rule. The AO requires Belleville Subdivision Water System to correct violations of the Ground Water Rule. Belleville Subdivision Water System must respond to EPA Region 6 within 30 days of receiving the AO.
