This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Infinity Source, Inc (Respondent) for alleged violations of Clean Air Act regulations pertaining to non-road engines. Respondent agrees to a civil penalty of $1,300 and has documented to EPA that the uncertified engines were not sold in the U.S. or exported to Canada or Mexico.
