This AO amends AO CWA-02-2014-3038 by memorializing the implementation schedule for a series of combined sewer system improvement projects and for the submission of certain elements of the Operation and Maintenance plan. This amendment does not increase either the pollutant loading estimate or injunctive relief estimate used in the development of CWA-02-2014-3038.
