Major UST Owner/Operator - inspections found two violations of failure to conduct proper release detection on tanks and three counts of failure to maintain proper records for release detection monitoring for pressurized lines at three of County facilities. Tanks have all been removed. SEP is to replace tanks at an additional site with an AST.
